Our team of professionals
Complete Water Solutions are pros when it comes to upgrading your Osmonics equipment. There are a few things we look at when reviewing your water treatment upgrades.
- Water quality in your system may be meeting the needs of your existing system, and upgrading might not meet those needs. To determine if a system upgrade will meet requirements, performing an incoming water analysis would be the first step.
- Flow rate is one of the most common reasons for upgrading a system because more flow or to produce more water is desired. When considering a system upgrade for flow, it needs to be determined if the current water system is able to handle the increased flow. If the current system cannot handle an increase then upgrading an ro system might require other upgrades to the softener or carbon filter the accomodate increased flow. Plumbing and pressure is another area that can affect flow and should be reviewed or upgraded to handle the new water demand.
- Water, air, electrical systems, and steam are all part of utilities and they may change when upgrading a water treatment system. Reverse Osmosis upgrades may require an upgrade to the pump and need more FLA (Full Load Amps). This upgrade will result in a need for larger grade wire and AMP breaker.
- Upgrading your system may not even need to do anything except for an ro membrane changeout. These are just a few things that may be looked at before upgrading your system. Let Complete Water Solutions determine the needs of an upgrade.
